We are sorry to inform, but we had to drop this product immediately!
We tried hard to get all details to work. We asked several customers to try and got frustrated looks. In theory it works perfect, but practically it was hardly to use.
Our biggest hope China Trust Bank in Taiwan finds the product unusable and also other banks we showed it.
Complaints we heard:
- I pressed the key for 1 minute, no reaction
- I touched the key soft and also no reaction
- My computer has the USB reverse, so the key is below and not to see
- The key can be inserted also wrong (see above line) since it is a slim device
We still leave the information here, so that you can dream with us of a good product and we are working already on another one, which hopefully can replace this one soon.
We are truly sorry that we gave you hope on that particular product and apology for delaying week after week. We had to make a decision.
